Apartment #454 Lease Duration: April 2009 to April 2009

This apartment is amazingly spacious. The bedroom is big enough to fit two full size beds with plenty of room left over. There is a ton of storage and closet space, along with electric heaters that don't smell bad. The only negative part of the apartment is that not very many students live here which is why it wouldn't be ideal for parties because they would probably complain. Also, living on the bottom floor we can hear a majority of what the guy upstairs does. Every morning his TV wakes me up as he gets ready for work. Other than him, the apartment is pretty quiet except for the random people walking by (this apartment is the front unit closest to the sidewalk). The landlord lives in a different building on Midvale which means that you can rent an extra parking space there if needed (but for like $120 a month). I really do love this apartment, and if you can afford it, you should really try to live here. The only thing that would make it better is a walk in closet...
