Not completely taught by Vaughn but amazing class. For anybody who's ever been curious about the behind the scenes action at Disney this is a must have class. You have to sign a non disclosure agreement so its gotta be good right? You have the big shots at Disney come speak to you. Fun stuff, great elective.

Theater 146 A:
A few lectures by Vaughn, who is a good speaker. There are also a lot of guest speakers. The material was very repetitive and therefore the exams were fairly easy. All of the material was interesting, but dont think you're getting big secrets out of this stuff even though you sign a non disclosure agreement; all of this stuff is in books. By far the most fun I've had in a three hour lecture! Work really hard to be a top student and then fill out some applications and you can make it into 146 B which is THE CLASS TO TAKE!!

Theater 146 B:
This is probably the BEST class I have ever taken at UCLA. Half is guest lecturers (we probably only saw Bruce 3 times the whole quarter), and the other half is group work, creating some type of entertainment design project as well as a presentation for it. This required quite a bit of outside class time but it was fun and worth the while. The final presentation was at the Imagineering offices in Glendale in which we got to present to the top figures of Imagineering and Design at Disney. If this isnt an incentive enough for you, we also got to take a behind the scenes tour of Disneyland and cut lines! Definitely worth it! TAKE THIS CLASS!
