Red Roebling that is actually orange is a fun place to live. Prime location: 10 min walk to UCLA and off of frat row. My roommates and I love to holler random things at ppl going to parties out our window. Apartment is big for the price (880 for a double). Laundry by Washco sometimes breaks but they are responsive. 1 machine takes credit cards. Fariba is the landlord. Can be rude over text but friendly in person. She is responsive. Good water pressure and nice neighbors. No package theft.
Great space for the price, a flat walk to campus. The building is pretty old and there are a ton of cockroaches and other bugs but as long as you aren’t messy and don’t leave food/liquids out it’s not a problem. The laundry machines only take quarters but it’s pretty cheap ($1.50 to wash, $1.25 to dry), they aren’t the best machines tbh. The landlord company (Sullivan Dituri) is fine. They generally stay out of your hair and it’s great having a landlord that doesn’t live on-site.
