This place is what you make of it. If you are looking for a good starter place that you can have some fun in this place is for you. The floors and windows are a bit old but I forget about it. Rent is relatively cheap so that always makes things seems alright.
Pros: Parties, Location (close to Westwood, campus), Neighbors, Landlord is okay.
Cons: Wood floors and windows are old, only 1.5 bathrooms, no garbage disposal or dish washer.
