The building was mostly peaceful, but could occasionally hear neighbors and mechanical/construction noise through the walls. Some parts of the building were also old and rickety and could use some updating. These are not huge issues and I probably would have stayed longer, but things started going downhill fast...
Units were infested with various pests from my own experience and in talking with other tenants in the building. The new manager is nice guy and will respond to tenants. However his hands are still tied by the owner, who will overcharge for maintenance and repairs, even for things that are not your fault. Good luck getting your deposit back when you leave.
Very large apartment, one side faces another apartment complex, so lack of natural lighting sucks. Landlord is very slow at maintenance, but he's pretty cool otherwise. ZERO partying. It is written in the lease, and you will get evicted if partying. Overall a solid place, but for the money it's better other places i'd say.
