I was prompted to write this review because of how helpful maintenance has been and we really appreciate the support, also they always respond really quickly to emails. Our furnishings were new which we appreciated and the WiFi never had issues with all our zooms going at the same time.
SO happy here literally the best choice ever. Our wifi was included with premier and the furniture it made life so easy. The place had ample storage we had enough for the five of us. Tons of closet space and the location was unbeatable (minus the fact that classes ended up being online!) Parking is a little pricey but other then that this was such a good choice, maintenance is really sweet and comes out super quick and our utilities werent costly either we have had a great year here!
This place is amazing. They literally are so on top of maintenance. We choose this after looking at a bunch of apartments for the three of us and we choose this location because of its proximity to campus but also because of how helpful the management is. From the start of the process through we felt completely confident in Premier and how they assisted us.
Our apartment was clean when we moved in, had everything we needed, the utilities were easy to set up took like five minutes, and our stay here has been great. When they asked me to write a good review after a simple maintenance request I was more then happy to do it I have had a great experience at Axiom so far
I love this place! it was super clean when I moved in and I didnt have to think of anything. The furniture was there the wifi was on, it was so easy. I wish parking was cheaper but over all im completely happy here. I also love the vending machine for late night snacks.
What I loved about this place was how quick the management responds to every email they respond typically in like ten minutes premier has been so on top of everything.
I felt safe here during Covid and supported. The furniture was brand new because they were worried about cleaning not being up to their standards they said so that was HUGE to me. We also got free maid service included which made finals and midterms easier taking a load off. Our utilities were cheap I never really use the a/c but we have it and having wifi included has been nice as well. As far as I know everyone has been really happy here that I have spoken with as long as you pay the rent their nice people and helpful.
I loved living here. Seriously. Something I love is how attentive management has been. I have had the best experience with Premier they have been super accommodating. Our apartment was spotless when we moved in, our furniture was all brand new ( I was shocked) I expected furnished I didnt expect literally everything to be new which was stellar.
Our utilities werent too bad and the building is super clean. I am renewing!
PSH directly lies to its customers. My friend is having serious COVID related family and emotional responsibilities including a parent who is on the brink of death and yet their response was like the NRA offering thoughts and prayers after a school shooting (the one thing COVID improved tbh). They offered nothing but lip service and continue to drain her of her "amazing" rent price. Don't be fooled when they advertise $700/month, this is the smallest most basic apartment in a triple. Every time I've talked to management they respond in one long run on sentence. 10/10 would move.
