Not a bad place but kind of a rip-off. We live in a three bedroom and we pack in 7 people so it's a tight squeeze, not worth the $4000 we pay in rent. The manager is totally unresponsive, we put in work orders for the broken things in our apartment (of which there are many) at the beginning of the year when we first moved in and it's been months and nothing has been fixed. Still it's really nice to be so close to campus, and we have a nice porch. Parties are fine, the manager sent out a notice after the first party in the building this year saying there was a zero tolerance policy, but there's been plenty of parties since then and I don't think anyone has gotten in trouble. If you want to be close to campus and are willing to pay a whole lot, this is the place for you.
