The landlords are horrible. They did not have the apartment ready by the time that we moved in, the stove didn't work, the floor was dusty and dirty, window blinds were dirty, the fire alarm didn't work, the apartment had a strong gas smell (probably coming from the stove), and the managers were VERY rude, among other things. When we went to complain they simply said "we'll send maintenance", but it would take days for maintenance to finally come. Also, the building is really old. The elevator only goes up to the fourth floor, and there are 6 floors. Honestly, the apartment itself wasn't even the worst part. It was the rude way the managers respond when their is a problem. The manager even yelled at me when I complained about the apartment's conditions, which is totally unprofessional.

Landlord is completely crazy if anything is wrong expect her try and ignore you also she will enter your apartment if you are not there without her telling you. She is very rude and she will try to take advantage of you if you are a student

Manager is very rude. Do not move in unless you know your roommates very well.
