Terrible manger, she’s the ABSOLUTE worst.
She lied to my face probably on several occasions, which makes me reconsider her trust.
My messages, calls, and even some emails are often ignored. Getting any response at all is a struggle, and many issues go unresolved.
The office is frequently unattended, and the manager is not always on-site when tenants need assistance.
And the most creepy thing is that I personally witnessed the manager knock on a door, receive no answer, and then unlock and enter the unit. I’m not sure what her intentions were, but if this behavior was not within her right, then the behavior is unacceptable and a serious breach of tenant privacy and trust. I have read a review about this as well which makes me think she had no right to open that door.
I struggled with parking, apparently only %30 of the tenants have access to the parking. There seems to be a lack of standard or basis in distributing the parking spots. No priority to old tenants whatsoever.
This lack of professionalism and accountability has created a stressful and frustrating living environment. Tenants deserve respect, transparency, and reliable communication, none of which are being provided under the current management
The landlords are horrible. They did not have the apartment ready by the time that we moved in, the stove didn't work, the floor was dusty and dirty, window blinds were dirty, the fire alarm didn't work, the apartment had a strong gas smell (probably coming from the stove), and the managers were VERY rude, among other things. When we went to complain they simply said "we'll send maintenance", but it would take days for maintenance to finally come. Also, the building is really old. The elevator only goes up to the fourth floor, and there are 6 floors. Honestly, the apartment itself wasn't even the worst part. It was the rude way the managers respond when their is a problem. The manager even yelled at me when I complained about the apartment's conditions, which is totally unprofessional.
