I moved in to 507 Glenrock in 2015. We just transferred to a three bedroom apartment which has large size bedrooms compared to the other building I saw. It's a bit pushing our budget but we like the leniency to get up to 6-7 roommates, and be able to distribute the rent accordingly. We really enjoy living here for reasons such as staff is always helpful and friendly and maintenance issues are well taken care of as far as I know. Property Management is very good in communicating upcoming events and concerns with the residents through texts and putting information flyers on the doors. They truly go that extra step to make you feel at home when you come in. Parking was never a problem too. I am a graduate student at UCLA and my main concern was the quietness, and I'm impressed that the noise level is quite reasonable. Overall, I'm enjoying it here.
Seriously DO NOT live here. I have no idea what all these other reviews are that say this place is so great I honestly think it might be the company posting false reviews. First of all when we moved in the place was supposed to be clean. Walking barefoot for more than 15 minutes on the first day, our feet were BLACK. Between the stove and counter was moldy food adhered to the stove, which the cleaning crew never cleaned. The hard wood is fake by the way, its not wood its some type of tile painted like wood, and its not even finished (glazed) so its SO hard to clean. In the first 2 MONTHS here, black shit flowed out of the drain in one of our tubs, both showers broke, the AC broke twice, had a gas leak, 2 sliding doors broke, the dishwasher broke, the fridge shelves fell apart and the "jacuzzi" on the roof turned green (this is NOT an exaggeration I swear! FACTS) I promise we are not rambunctious people, the place was just FALLING APART. On top of all of this, the manager said we'd get renovations Oct 1st, its now April and we have gotten NO renovations. They replaced our stove and dishwasher after about 3-4 weeks of them being broken and us first asking, then asking again, then reminding, then DEMANDING that they be fixed. Over this past year our water has turned off about 7-10 times, one time the bath tub faucet spewed water uncontrollably and almost flooded our apartment, luckily after being yelled at on the phone by the manager's boss about which knob to turn in the parking garage we were able to turn the water off.
I'm serious, just don't do it. Manager seems nice, the apartments seem ok. I'm sure some of them are. But theres no way for you to know if you're getting a shitty falling apart one like we did, or a decent one. The manager doesn't know anything, says he'll do things, then never does them. We probably won't get our security deposit back because they'll find some scratch on the wall they claim wasn't there before. Plus its over priced as shit. $4500 for a 3 bedroom this shitty? I don't think so. We literally almost got a lawyer to help us, it got that bad.
Again, DO NOT live here. Like ever.
Everything works great, the management staff is super friendly, and the maintenance guys are on top of everything since all you have to do is submit an online service request, go to work, and boom whatever you needed is done when you get back. I have no issues, I can't hear my neighbors through the walls which is awesome for an apartment complex. The only time I hear anything is when my balcony doors are open which would be the case for any place. I never have an issue with parking because well it's just me and I have an assigned spot. The building has a camera system and Wi-Fi. For everything else, I really like this community and hope that when the time comes and my year lease ends they don't raise the rent too much so I can stay.
Customer service has always been great - when I couldn't decide between two units I liked on opposite ends of the property, the manager on duty were nice enough to walk me back and forth on three separate occasions for me to make a decision. There is security at the complex which drives and rides around, that's a plus. Clean facilities, luscious greenery and great proximity to everything. And when I had a problem with the sink disposal, someone was sent over the following morning. The building has a camera system and Wi-Fi. Overall, very nice place to live!
I have lived here for over a year and I have to say for a first apartment I am very happy with most of it. Everything else is wonderful. I see the maintenance staff constantly working every day keeping this community clean and beautiful. The office staff are always friendly. The water feature is amazing. Our apartment is right next to the stream so we have great white noise. The complex is fairly quiet. I never hear much going on which is nice. I feel pretty safe. I haven't felt unsafe here ever. The building has a camera system and Wi-Fi. In general, I really like this community.

Great place to live. Quiet neighbors, nice location, and nice pool, plenty of parking, affordable rent, and great location. I live in a nice one-bedroom fireplace unit that is adequately spacious. The management sends out a notice every holiday season reminding us to check to make sure the stove and oven work so that they can come make any necessary repairs prior to the holiday. Very considerate! The bathroom has a shower with tub. Another amazing feature of this apartment complex is free Wi-Fi and Internet.
I've been living here for nine months, and I absolutely love it here. This place checked off everything on my wish list - and I am not easy to please! Great location, very close to the beach and almost anything else you need. The apartment is very spacious, I also enjoy the convenience of having an in-unit washer and dryer. There is definitely a sense of community here as I actually know my neighbors. Plus, the property is maintained very well, so I'm very proud to show the property to family and friends. Plenty of parking here; you get an assigned space and there's lots of parking for visitors. However, what seals the deal for me is the management. Ron is extremely helpful, and any issues I've had have been resolved promptly and with a smile. I can't say enough good things about 507 Glenrock.
I loved this apartment community!. My apartment is very clean and any issues I came across were taken care of right away. I had fantastic neighbors, and knew several on a first name basis. Very nice clubhouse near the front of the property that can be used by tenants for special occasions. All other amenities are well maintained. Parking is good, they have sufficient guest parking spaces considering the size of the community. The building has a camera system and Wi-Fi I'm happier here than any other place I've ever lived, and have no doubt that I'll continue to be.
We've lived here in 507 Glenrock and everything is good so far as met or exceeded our expectations. Parking is always available for ourselves and guests. All staff maintenance and leasing have addressed any of our needs incredibly efficiently and respectfully (dishwasher leaked a bit when we first moved in but was fixed in a day, a piece of the blinds unit came off and was replaced in a day, etc.) . Actual unit is in great condition. Pool and Hot tubs are cleaned regularly. The building has a camera system and Wi-Fi. Overall I really like this community.
I've lived here for about 4 years. There are great amenities to choose from while living here and security at night. With anything I need fixed in my apartment I ask Ron and she makes sure it gets done in a timely manner. The maintenance guys are always very helpful and polite. They have nice swimming pool and spacious rooms. Laundry facilities work well. The pool and grounds are kept clean. The built-in appliances are electric. Best thing is that people who there are so helpful and its safe because it’s gated. I’m sure people love to live there because they can feel comfortable.
