Overall, great place. Each unit except one has laundry. During the week it is pretty quite but there are some things that are just terrible.

The landlord is a jerk who gave us a super hard time during the lease signing process for no apparent reason outside of being difficult. He is not responsive and not helpful and there are HORRIBLE reviews about him on the internet claiming that people did not get their deposit back even when their apt was spotless.... I guess I will see what happens. Also there is no way to electronically pay your rent bill and they are super strict about late checks so.. you have to bring it to the office in person and deal with the weirdos there.

On the weekends do not expect any quiet ever at night. There are apartment buildings all around and constant partying, screaming, chanting, etc. Just stupid drunk people who do not care about others. Dont get me wrong, I am def open to parties, etc. but when it goes on until 5am or later... like 12 hour or more parties every weekend... it gets to be way too much. utilities arent bad. water is included. super chill about pets, etc. (like no pet deposit)

Overall great place for what I pay. I mean a college area, noise is a given but if you are someone who needs any type of peace, respect or sleep on the weekends then do not live here.
