The leasing team with Premier is incredible! Also Broken shower, light out, clog, maintenance has your back. I totally feel that maintenance works so hard (even through covid) and im so appreciative to them. Also the bills are easy to pay I love that they accept electronic payments. Plus our apartment is always spotless we love the maid service.
Great complex! I love this community. They have been so helpful with maintenance ,and work so hard. The pool is always clean. Our unit is huge. I do wish we had an extra bathroom we did the 1.5 to save cost but it worked out. the wifi is super quick and our utilities are about $33
HUGE amount of space. We choose this apartment because our floor plan was the largest one. We got two balconies and our unit came furnished. The utilities arent bad 30-50 but parking is the pricey part at over a hundred a month (but thats pretty normal for westwood I guess) so I got rid of my spot and sublet one across the street, maintenance is onsite carlos is great and were happy here over all thank you for the maintenance support !
I had a really good experience here! Hey you below you should check out your issue with ladwp no ones utility was that much in my apartment thats insane.. ours is $30. I felt really supported during a crazy 2020.
My apartment is huge, larger the any of my friends but its my understanding that all the axiom apartments look very different from one another.
Our furnishings were included which was great and they were sturdy we never had an issue with them we have a large tv, and a big patio. parking is charged which is unfortunate but I get its westwood so its pretty normal I found out.
I was roommate matched which went well were not the best of friends but we get along and occasionally hang out which is fine by me.
I am going to renew my stay and overall recommend it if its in your budget, no roaches or serious issues which is so common as we all know.
Axiom is decent, in terms of living quality. However, the main issue most people will find with them is that they are mad expensive. The rent is already a little pricey, but parking is $100 per, and utilities come out to like another hundred per person, and there seems to always be more fees waiting for you in your entire stay here. They will also find ways to charge you more, like I didn't want to pay for parking anymore but because I didn't give them a month in advance I still had to pay for that month. Things like that, charges will just add up and it's generally just not a fun time money wise here
Decent Apartment, bedrooms are definitely small though (so make sure you view the unit before you sign a lease). Balcony in some units, the main ones are pretty spacious. Kitchen is absolutely convoluted and hard to access, but management is quick to respond and pretty good about answering questions (they are at 415 Gayley, so party away). The building used to have a crazy old man across the street that would go crazy at parties, but he seems to have disappeared. Not living here next year since space is an essential item.
