There's 4 different units in this apartment building. Mine was a 2 bed/1.5 bath. There's a den between the kitchen and hallway that we used as third bedroom so we had 5 people and each paid about $660. My unit was super spacious with a lot of storage space, but there was a lot of dirty/broken stuff (windows, cabinets, etc). The people who lived in our unit before us messed up a lot of things so that contributed to it. It's a pretty old apartment so that wasn't too big of a surprise! The best parts about this apartment were the washer/dryer that's included (NO NEED FOR QUARTERS), the 2 free parking spots per unit (3 units have tandem and 1 unit has non-tandem), and the HUGE living room. The worst parts were the thin walls, spiders, how often things broke, and how slow the management company responded to work orders.
