DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT! Take my advice! The house is a disaster. You could hear the construction noise clearly from 7 am in the morning, and bear the manhole cover noise at the middle of the night! You would forget what silence is after living there for a couple of days. The manager is rude and never cares about how we feel. You probably would have crews in your unit for replacing some unnecessary equipment which causes unbearable noises and odors during your stay, and you still have to pay the full rents!!!! Believe me; I even wouldn't live there if it's for free.
AVOID AT ALL COST. for this price you can find somethigg way nicer. The landlord doesn't care about you and even forged our signature on documents and whited out the price on our lease in order to make a "rent increase"
We have dealt with WORMS in the carpet
TERMITE infestation for two weeks (why wasn't anything done when we called :( )
Our landlord took copies of our license to show to potential renters that "cute girls" live here - so illegal

There are so many problems and when we ask for help they either don't answer our calls or say they will send someone but never do.
What really pushed me over the limit was forging out signatures and whitening out the price of our apartment on the lease to make an rent increase. Who does that? They are trying to scam us cause we are kids.
Also the walk to school sucks. Four HUGE hills worse than bruinwalk. For this price you can find sometbing closer and more luxurious.
Lots of bugs like fruit flys and cockaroacges

Very expensive for the crappy 1950 tiles and broken unit we have to live in
You can find something better, closer, and cleaner and less drama next to campus. Also the price is ridiculous and every month they try to scam you by adding hidden fees
