Description: Seminar, one to four hours; outside study, two to five hours. Limited to bioengineering graduate students. Advanced study and analysis of current topics in bioengineering. Discussion of current research and literature in protein-protein interaction network modeling, clinical estimation of drug effects, drug repurposing, and drug pathways. Student presentation of projects in research specialty. May be repeated for credit. S/U grading.
