Cancer causes and genetics. Effects of cell transformation on cell growth and metabolism. Altered cell cycle, metabolism, and differentiation pathways in cancer cells. Tumor microenvironment contributions to cancer malignancy, including angiogenesis, metastasis, and immune system evasion. Letter grading.
