Rainfall-Runoff Modeling

Description: Lecture, four hours; outside study, eight hours. Requisites: courses 250A, 251B. Introduction to hydrologic modeling concepts, including rainfall-runoff analysis, input data, uncertainty analysis, lumped and distributed modeling, parameter estimation and sensitivity analysis, and application of models for flood forecasting and prediction of streamflows in water resource applications. Letter grading.
