Fall 2021 - Professor Galateanu is sweet and kind, but I did not learn so much from taking this class. I did the readings and went to every lecture, but I always found myself lost in her class. She teaches in a way that she shares more of her experiences back in Romania but does not provide clarity to which part of the content of the lesson. Outlines are the key to passing the midterm, but these are very intricate. One point to another without further description. Did she have the time to provide a description of these shallow, brief points? NO. Cause most of the time was filled with her starting statement of "back in Romania . . . " "My adopted Child . . . " , and "HahaHahHAhAH—they died". This class is doable, but make sure to clarify each points from the study guide. Some of the questions may tell you to provide description. I will not take this class.
