Chem 30B (it wasn't an option above) I thought she was absolutely amazing AND a bujjillion times better than Merlic. Her exam questions are much more straight forward, and her lecture style is much more logical. and as an added bonus, she is always smiling at you, so she just warms up your day when she talks. I think her tests are easier than Merlic's (granted she does not give as much partial credit, but the questions are easy enough so that if u did any amount of studying, you should get full credit anyways). She is VERY friendly during office hours. I also really like that she numbers her steps when she does reaction mechanisms, making everything very organized. Also, she doesn't blaze through mechanisms the way Merlic does.

Chem 20B Great lecturer. Decent workload. Horrible exams. Lets just say I WAS a chemistry major, but I'm not anymore. Her exams make you question your knowledge in the course. The midterms were actually decent, but the final was difficult. However, compared to Baugh, she's definitely the best.
