Examination of how 21st-century internet advances (including widespread internet access, social media, and advanced digital technologies such as artificial intelligence) have impacted scientific inquiry, education, and dissemination. Investigation of variety of scientific case studies in 21st century, research, and media. Investigation of advantages and disadvantages of the Internet, and its involvement in the enterprise of science. Prior science/scientific research knowledge not required. P/NP grading.
