Public Economics Laboratory
Description: Lecture, one hour; laboratory, one hour. Requisites: courses 11, 101. Enforced corequisite: course 130. Case-based analysis requiring students to apply theory from course 130 to real-world problems regarding government spending programs, taxation, deficit financing, and federal credit programs. Hands-on data collection and problem solving and presentation of student analyses both orally and in writing. P/NP or letter grading.
