Field Projects in Investing

Description: Seminar, three hours. Enforced requisites: courses 167, 168, 169. Enrollment by application only. Experiential learning tool and seminar course where students complete significant research on investment-related topic. Participating students are paired with asset management firm and engage regularly to complete research project. Designed to expose students to real-world practice of asset valuation, including applications of tools and inputs (including economics, accounting, and quantitative techniques) in asset valuation. Letter grading.
