Advanced Vertebrate Morphology

Description: Lecture, two hours; laboratory, eight hours. Requisite: course 110. Emphasis on functional approach to evolution of vertebrate locomotor, feeding, and circulatory systems. Laboratory includes comparative and experimental analyses of morphological adaptation. Independent project required. May be repeated once for credit. S/U or letter grading.
