Winter 2026 - Highly recommend it! This class will seem challenging at first, but listen to Prof. Weaver and don't drop it! I seriously considered dropping in the first week but decided to stay and I don't regret it. This was one of my favorite classes in the department so far. The material is interesting and fun. A little hard to understand at first but trust, you will get it without having to pull all-nighters. Class consists of a few quizzes for the first part of the quarter, a midterm, weekly translations (bit time consuming but manageable), and a final translation project. Prof. Weaver is very dedicated, friendly, and won't hesistate to go over the material with you in office hours if you need extra help.
