Fall 2024 - Highly recommend this as a fun and interesting fiat lux. The topics really make you really consider animal consumption and how that intersects with larger conversations about morality, law, race, and more. The professor kept us very engaged and you can tell he really enjoys teaching this class. For my first fiat lux I really enjoyed it, definitely recommend.
