Winter 2022 - Claire was the sweetest professor I've ever had, and her class was wonderful. None of it felt scripted. If you're a writer looking for a class that appeals to you, this is it. It all felt like one big writer's workshop where we dabbled in poetry, nonfiction, and fiction pieces. No harsh grading either - just do you! She also gives plenty of advice and feedback and takes her time to show she really cares about your work. As a PhySci major that writes as a hobby, it really made me want to take on a writing minor! Highly recommend for beginner writers and people who just love writing!
