Description: Fieldwork, four hours. Designed for students in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) field interested in nexus of food, energy, and water systems (FEWS) management and sustainability. Weekly visits to facility related to FEWS, and discussion of issues of science, technology, policy, economics, and law in written report. S/U or letter grading.
