Advanced SAS Techniques for Management and Analysis of Epidemiologic Data

Description: Lecture, three hours. Requisite: course M403 or 410. Hands-on experience with SAS 9.2/9.3, with focus on using SAS data and PROC steps efficiently to manage, clean, analyze, and tabulate epidemiologic data from data collection systems. Common issues and solutions in data management, including lack of documentation, data definitions, unique subject identifiers, and nonstandard data formats. S/U or letter grading.
