Description: Lecture, one hour; discussion, one hour; fieldwork, 10 days. Enforced requisite: course 121F. Planning, execution, and presentation of geologic mapping projects at professional level. Resolution of problems in Southern California geology from synthesis of new and published research. Field area varies from year to year. May be repeated for credit. S/U or letter grading.
