Winter 2025 - I thoroughly enjoyed this class, and my professor. Dr. Tovey works very hand with her students to ensure that we are understanding the material and to assist us in any matters we struggle with in any ways she can. Although, I did take this class online, and the website she uses kinda sucks. It is very particular and is especially prone to bugs, so even if you input the correct answers down to the punctuation mark, it will still often show it as incorrect. It is pretty much for that reason that I got an A- instead of an A. Despite this, it is an interesting and engaging class that I would recommend to anyone who wants to learn German. Be warned, however, that it relies a LOT on memorization for endings and verb forms, so if that is not your strong suit, I would recommend trying a different language.
