Winter 2016 - I absolutely loved my class with Kristina. Her lectures are very engaging and entertaining. She is funny, very approachable and and I could tell she loves to teach and interact with students. I ended up learning a lot in this class and feel much more knowledgeable about the subject. The midterm was fairly straightforward and she gives study guides. Being familiar with the readings helps with the essay portion of the midterm. However, I think attending lecture is essential for doing well. Be aware that during some of her lectures she covers a lot of information quickly. If you got an A on the first midterm you had the option of doing a movie review instead of the second midterm which was nice. The prompt for the final paper is given to you on the first day of class so you have plenty of time to work on it. Overall a great class, I highly recommend her!
