Spring 2019 - I would not recommend this Professor. She was really hostile towards her students for literally no reason. When I went to her office hours to ask her questions about the class she literally made me cry because she was so mean to me. Whenever we tried to participate she would shoot us down and tell us we were wrong even if we could directly cite the line in the reading where it happened. When someone was doing their final presentation (which was timed) the UCLA computer screen crashed and so he couldn’t show any of his slides but she refused to let him restart. By some miracle I got an A but it was not worth the terrible experience I had in this class. Would not recommend.
