Great guy - Terrible instructor. When the class mean on the final is a failing grade the you have a problem. A serious problem. You can work really hard in this class, attend sections, go to office hours, do well on the homework and quizzes and then take his final and fail it. DO not take this class with Schuh if you are really interesting in understanding Phonology.
