Rumelt's General Management course is the only one at Anderson that teaches management specifically as a discipline. It's a good first attempt at a management course. Rumelt is an experienced professor and strategist who is extremely straightforward and honest with students. He has a lot to teach on the subject and the class should keep improving the more he teaches it. I recommend it.
