Critical features fostering stability and change. Discussion of contributions to structure and content of contemporary American politics. Possible periods, Founding, Reconstruction, Progressive Era, New Deal, and Cold War. Consult Schedule of Classes for topics to be offered in specific term. P/NP or letter grading.
