Advanced Clinical Psychological Methods: Family Therapy and Research
Description: Seminar, three hours. Requisites: courses 270A, 270B, 270C. Survey of major schools of family therapy and how each applies to specific clinical cases, with emphasis on depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. Discussion of areas of research that relate to family theories, modes of assessment, and specific interventions. May be taken independently for credit. Letter grading.
