Lower Division Seminar: Stress, Adaptation, and Coping

Description: Seminar, three hours. Enforced requisite: course 10. Limited to freshmen. Physiological and psychological processes related to stresses and strains of daily living and potential relation of these processes to disease states. Examination of multifaceted nature of coping with stressors and exploration of strategies for stress management. May be repeated for credit. P/NP or letter grading.
