Dr. Grose is knowledgeable about what he teaches. Even though his class is 3 hours long, his lectures are great. He is understanding, and overall great. I recommend this course to people who love to learn about religious conflicts, one gets a great deal of knowlegde from Grose.

I would recommend taking one of Reinhard Krauss's courses to any student here at UCLA. The man is incredibly organized, articulate, and intelligent. He is genuinely an expert. His courses will humble you and broaden your worldview. You will understand the history of civilization, religion, and our own society like you never have before. Your own spirituality, empathy, and relatability will increase. Take his course!
