Description: Lecture, three hours. Provides base for subsequent study in theater. Development of techniques of play reading and habits of scholarship useful to further study in each of theater's subdisciplines, including acting, directing, design, playwriting, and critical study. Letter grading.

She is extremely disorganized and has a large course load too! A new play must be read every monday and 6-8 page papers are due 4 times in the quarterl her lectures ar rarely on topic, she is very easily distracted, she has no office hours, and she is condescending. Recently the entire class could not understand a concept she was describing because her description was ineffective and she just sighed and said in a very huffy tone "This is so simple, why can't you get this." Bottom line, avoid her if you possibly can
