Summer 2021 - amazing professor, hes very passionate and explains the material perfectly. the class is set up like an actual law class, the professor assigns cases every week roughly 12 pages and you come to class and discuss the fact pattern, and the type of murder. the way the professor teaches is so entertaining. the class consists of midterm and final. Prof will create a make beileve case (usually from tv shows) and you'll have to write IRAC SO MUCH FUN I really enjoyed it. tips: take notes on the case prior to class so that when he cold calls you ur prepared. He will ask about the summary (Fact pattern) and its hard to remember all of the cases, so having a doc open really helps with the nerves prof is also really chill, if u didnt read the case prior to class for any reason he doesn't care just let him know through email or zoom chat and he won't call on you the whole class.
