Dr. Sampath teaches the second half of this course, which is all the sense organs (think taste, scent, hearing, sight, touch) but in humans as opposed to Frye's insects. He's an extremely clear lecturer that cares about students. He leaves the floor open for questions during lecture and takes the time to explain things thoroughly if people are confused. He's also quite funny, and I thought he taught the course well! Very high quality professor, would recommend.
I enjoyed Dr. Sampath's part of the class. The material is presented a bit quick and is kind of complicated, but I found it interesting so it wasn't too hard to bear. I thought his midterm was fair and I didn't have too hard of a time in his section. Would recommend.
