Grade: A-

Horrible in all aspects.

First of all, the class is not recorded. The lecture was boring — you can literally fall asleep five minutes into the lecture. Nothing is explained clearly.

Professor not accommodating at all. We still didn’t get our project grades back, and each project was worth 20% of our grade (so 40% total). Imagine not knowing 40% of your grade. And the 3rd quiz grades were not released either. The letter grades were posted more than a month after the deadline. The professor also never replies to emails.

There are 3 quizzes worth 43% of the grade. Each quiz is only 15 minutes, and there is no way they can realistically be completed in 15 minutes.

Overall, the 8 weeks will pass and you will learn absolutely nothing. I do not recommend this professor at all.

Dr. Pandya is an excellent professor. At times, I came into class without a strong understanding of the topic beforehand, which I regret, but Dr. Pandya’s lectures were so clear and well-structured that I consistently left class understanding both the concept and its purpose. One of my favorite aspects of his lectures is the use of practical, engaging examples, which make the material intuitive and accessible, even without relying heavily on complex jargon. Overall, I would gladly take his class again and truly appreciate the organization, structure, and clarity of the course syllabus.
