Took Psych 133A with him. He was a pretty average professor, and it was a pretty average class. Midterms were fair. The lectures weren't amazing, but he got his point across. He can either come off a as a really cool nice guy, or an arrogant jerk, depending on the day. He likes to here student's opinions, but he also likes to tell them they are wrong. I wouldn't rave about this class, but I also wouldn't tell someone to avoid taking it because it is very straightforward.

Spring 2025 - for an elective, this class should not have been as difficult as it was. the content and material itself were super easy but the way this man approached the exams was completely unreasonable. zero assistance or guidance before the first exam, just to review everything we've done in class thus far (lectures, activities, and textbook readings/notes). keeping in mind that i did all of his tasks and continuously reviewed the material, i still did horrendously on the first exam. questions had multiple answers depending on the way you interpreted it (whether it be from a female or male perspective, depending if they were a younger or older adolescent, etc..) what angered me the most is that even with my first exam score, i still couldn't get an A in the class since I was waiting to see what I got on the other written assignments (which were never graded until after the drop deadline) this class should be an easy A with how interesting the material is, but the prof's lack of care for the students' grades and just mixing up and speeding through lecture slides made no sense (and lectures weren't recorded either! making it more difficult to see what he actually meant when he constantly went back on things he said as we frantically typed out notes)
