Prof. Quicoli is a very nice man. He's very approachable and quite concerned that students understand the material. His lectures, however, are EXTREMELY repetitive, and VERY VERY difficult to stay awake for. It's worth it if you can keep your attention up because it's not a very difficult class. If you need a class you can relax in, take his Spanish M35 or Portuguese M35 (they're the same class).
He's so sweet! But the class moves SO SLOWLY. The book is actually more interesting than the lectures. Sometimes it's torturous to sit through those LONG lectures, but he's really nice and he tries really hard to make sure that everyone in the room is understanding the material.
