Fall 2024 - As a Political Science and History major, I LOVED THIS CLASS SO MUCH. Although Professor Boum primarily teaches Anthropology and, to some extent, History, I enjoyed this class despite his being informative and being thorough in answering students' questions during lecture. Keep in mind, however, that he randomly takes attendance when you're supposed to be in class as he brings out a sign-up sheet, so be there! Also, keep in mind that when it comes to reflection posts and assignments, he wouldn't give out perfect scores, for example, 10/10, but he scores assignments relatively high. Fortunately, he is not a tough grader, but he does provide constructive feedback on assignments. If he teaches another class, I would take him again.
