Jalali is one of the best professors I have had so far at UCLA. Although there are many reviews that bash him, it is more due to the course material than his teaching. I am probably one of the only people who will ever enjoy the material of this class, and I can say that Jalali does an excellent job in explaining it. He constantly asks the class if they have any questions, and means it. He is also quite funny at times. If you have to take EE2, take it with Jalali.
