A serious professor and well respected. He's very passionate about the material and puts forth a lot of effort towards providing an engaging lecture that educates the students. The material is hard but the Razavi is fair; the resources to master it are there if you seek it.

Dr. Razavi has a great reputation in the analog circuits world, and at UCLA, and he absolutely deserves it. His lectures flow nicely, are clear, and his office hours are extremely helpful. His tests are very hard, but fair, and if you do the homework, study the textbook, and go to office hours, the class is doable, and you will learn A LOT.

After taking 4 analog CMOS courses, I though this class would be a waste of time. To my utter surprise, I was still able t o learn new material from this class. It is pretty easy for a grad-level course, which is kind of disappointing if you want to dive into advanced analog design. Razavi has a reputation for being super clear and he did not fail this time either.

This professor is no doubt one of the best professors I have ever met. His lecture, homework and project all give me insights into analog circuits. He deserves a 10.
