Professor Litt is extremely knowledgeable. He teaches straight out of the course reader. I didn't buy the book and managed to get an A. Hence, the book is not necessary. From my experience, I think he's one of the best accounting professors.

i took mgmt 122 with Litt in fall '09. he is a very good teacher if you can keep up with his lecturing in class. i could tell that some people would get lost while he was explaining something yet. then, when he would ask if the class had questions, people would be too embarrassed to ask.
everything will be straight from the course reader that he gives. be aware and don't make the same mistake I did; I think I remember him saying that he wouldn't test on the appendix at the beginning of the class, but he ended up putting questions on the exams from the appendix that he BARELY went over in class.
