I really liked Halle. His lectures were interesting and he offered a lot of extra credit here and there. You had to post in a discussion forum once a week and that was 30% of your grade, as long as you mentioned one of the readings in your post you got full credit. 2 quizzes each worth 20%, they were online so I just looked up the answers and did well on them. Then we had a final project that was just a paper worth 30%. We did it in chunks, like one week we turned in a summary of what we were studying, the next week we turned in some demographic data, and then a rough draft, and then finally the actual final. I got a 30/30 on mine and I really didn't feel like it was that difficult. The material was interesting and if you get points taken off an anything they explain why so you can fix it in the future. I would definitely recommend this class!
