I had Professor Jacobs for GE CLST 70B (I know that's not what it says below, but there's no option to critique him according to that class. I would not advise taking a course with Professor Jacobs. His lectures are unclear and fairly disorganized. If you take a class with him, expect to teach yourself the subject.
