Honestly, the class itself is not difficult but Devito's tests were always unclear on what was going to be tested. I did decent on tests but was always missing points on something in depth that wasn't covered in lecture. Devito just reads off the slides and provides no depth. I went to every lecture and honestly not that necessary. I think he could be more clear on whats he is testing rather than us studying random material that we won't even be tested on.

Literal King he is really good at lecturing and the class exam is only 3 exams. (all noncumulative) The tests are very straightforward and you will do well if you study. If you have this professor for any MGMT course you are very lucky. Class also has a nice curve.
